Disability premiums was created by Kerdan2006
I've just been awarded standard living pip and mobility , and I'm still on the assesment phase of income related esa , I also gethousing benefit and child tax.Am I entitled to any premiums on esa assesment phase ?

Yes, but only if you meet the eligibility criteria for the Premiums. See

Yes, but only if you meet the eligibility criteria for the Premiums. See

It's awfully confusing and I know I've asked this question before ,but I can't quite understand it .
I believe that I do meet the criteria so how do I go about applying for premiums ? Tia

From the brief information you have posted the only Premium you might be eligible for at the moment is the Severe Disability Premium. You need to be living alone or considered to be living alone and no one is receiving Carers Allowance for you.
Contact the DWP and ask them to send you an IS10 form.
