Form at last filled in with help from B&W .Posted today.Now it is a waiting game wonder how Long? My Carer told me today her money would stop 6th Dec. Surely that can't be right now that form is on its way. Any help appreciated.

If your form was returned by the required date then there should be no problem, even if there was a serious issue your DLA would still remain in payment for a further four weeks and as a consequence your carers CA, they need to contact the Social Security Agency.
