I forgot to ask ,because I forget andhavebrainfog-- and didn't tel the lady at atos will or does the decision make ignore the writtenpaper and just go by the intervie report?

The Decision Maker should consider all of the evidence available to them, this includes your completed claim form and anything you attached to it.
