I read a post regarding callers being put in a que or on hold and the average cost of this.
I really recommend people download the App called WeQ4U. It is free extremely simple to use and has saved me tens of pounds. By pressing 9* when you're in que/on hold the call disconnects and then reconnects when somebody answers. Easy follow instructions and extremely valuable.
