For the Attenention of miss Hurtyback?

I'am sorry to ask you, but I REMEMBER last Christmas you had to go through your ESA, DLA To PIP.
I hope it was ok for you.

I don't remember seeing how you got on, I was wondering without sounding noisy how you got on.
I remember telling you I was still awaiting to hear about my DLA To PIP, but I still have not been subjected to that yet thank god, I really don't think I can cope with it either.

You remember correctly, I had my PIP transfer earlier this year and I have also had two ESA reassessments.

The PIP went as expected, I got the standard rate of both care and mobility, thus losing my Motability car. The award was only for 1 year so I have to go through it all again early next year. They seem to think that my spinal cord stimulator wil have me up and dancing (if only!)

The first ESA decision was made without me being seen. I was given 0 points and put in the WRAG for 3 months as I was recovering from neurosurgery. No change on MR so I submitted an appeal.

The 2nd time round I had a face2face and was put back into the Support Group for 3 years. DWP then contacted me to say they had over-ruled the earlier decision to put me into the WRAG and put me in the SG for those few months.

Hang in there and don't forget 'Nil illegitimi carbarundum'!

I can't believe all the grief you have had to deal with, I just can't think why nothing has been brought against this government, its amazing how they are allowed to get away with us being-treated this way.

Loosing your car means loosing your independence outrageous..
