TOPIC: PIP Evidence

PIP Evidence 1 week 6 days ago #174797

On my PIP f2f assessment home visit recently, the assessor told me the evidence I sent with my form had been lost by DWP.I gave her copies again in a plastic document popper wallet, so hope these are not lost too. I really find this alarming that my confidential medical notes are lost and no apology given. Please can you tell me, will their failure to process the lost evidence provided with PIP form before f2f affect my award?

There's no reason why it should effect your claim if you have provided a duplicate.

If your original evidence has been lost then you should consider a complaint to the DWP.

Complaining to the DWP
