Help With ESA form was created by jaynemiddleton

Hi, Could i just ask if you think i should include my husbands recent pip medical report with his claim renewal for esa?
He has physical and mental health problems and was awarded high rate for both on pip in june.
I now have to fill in a renewal for esa and am not sure if it would be helpful or not?

You can but for it to have effect you must explain why it is relevant to the ESA activities, in many cases the criteria are quite different.
