I think they've lost my PIP2 form

My husband phoned DWP again today on my behalf. They located PIP2 form last Thursday. My husband asked why no one had let him know as they promised they would and pointed out he'd given his mobile number at least 5 times. The reply being, I had not put a contact number on my actual form. The lady did apologise and said that it's taking up to 10 days for forms to reach them from post handling in Wolverhampton. So now on to phase 2 of stress overload waiting to hear whether or not I need to go for a face to face assessment.
