Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

I've moved your post to it's own topic you had replied to a post from three years ago :)

As I understand it from your post you have two issues at the moment.

You appear to be being reassessed for PIP but following a change of address the DWP have sent the form to your old address and not the new one.

Have you been in touch with the DWP about this and what are they doing?

I would expect them to send a new form to the new address. is this happening?

Secondly, you appear to be being assessed for ESA, is this a new claim or are you being reassessed?

You say you are going to see the CAB for help with completing the form, have you managed to get an appointment yet?

If you could reply to this post then we can keep all of your answers in one place and you and the Moderators can easily see what is said.

Hi J,

I don't know how you managed it but you replied to a topic that more more than 1 year old! So I have moved your message into your own topic. Please reply to this with any further questions or comments about your PIP - you will find it easily in future if you bookmark/favourite it on your web browser now. Alternatively, if you click on your username, in blue, when you are logged into the site you will bring up a list of all your previous messages.

Unfortunately, I don't have a clue what you are actually asking! Can you clarify your question please?
