PIP Review Form

Has anyone completed these yet? what was the outcome? just received mine today and have 3 weeks to send it back, currently receive higher rate mobility and enhanced care but worried this will change as i have no recent medical reports only the reports i gave them with my first application and did not get a medical then but they dont want any reports that they already have or anything older than 2 years old.

Do you mean the new, shorter form that asks whether things are better/worse/the same? If so, we have a few members who have been through the system and had a result but not enough to get any real feel for how they are being treated.

One member who answered 'the same' had their award extended without a face2face. Another member indicated that things have got worse and had to attend a face2face assessment (at which he did not feel the assessor had any idea about anything that was not on that form).

As to sending in evidence, if you want to send something in then do so!
