Hi and Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

It is current practice for DWP to send out the PIP reassessment forms a full year before the award is due to end - so I'm afraid they are likely to drop onto your doormat quite soon :(

There are now 2 different forms - the full length one that you filled in last time and a shorter one that asks if things are better/worse/the same. There does not seem to be any clear rationale behind which form is being sent.

Whichever form you get, please make sure you make full use of our PIP guide so that you understand the criteria against which you are being measured. The guide also explains how to deal with variable conditions, good days/bad days etc.

PIP help for claimants

We cannot tell you exactly what to put on the form but we will do our best to help you understand the process and exactly how to word things so that DWP understand.

May I suggest that you bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future? This will allow you to return with further questions and comments about your PIP without having to start a new topic each time. We ask members to keep everything relating to the same claim in one topic as it makes things much easier for us - and I hope you will find it useful too :)
