Can I ask if after appealing the good cause part they would then still expect you to go for a medical? Or if I asked them to make appropriate arrangements such as a home visit or paper based assessment would that be taken int account? It is well documented in my paperwork I need support with assessments and last ones carried out on paper. Thanks.

Whilst the DWP prefer evidence that is less than two years old, if your conditions are unlikely to improve or indeed can deteriorate then you can provide older evidence as long as you explain why it is still relevant.

Yes. Any appeal would only be in regard to why you did not attend the assessment.
You will only get a home assessment if your GP write to the Assessment Provider to explain why you cannot attend at their offices.
A paper assessment can only be done if the AP has sufficient information to make a recommendation.
