TOPIC: i won my tribunal

i won my tribunal 1 month 2 weeks ago #175805

Such wonderful news Walker! :)

I'm so happy for you - know how worried you were before. My guess is the effects you're suffering from now may be from excess of adrenaline - I bet levels were sky high when you were going in! Hope the after effects will settle soon as the wonderful news of Victory sinks in!

Celebratory cyber-hugs from Liverpool, Maggie

hi - well an update
I have just received a letter from DWP saying they will be backpaying the mobility tomorrow and from jan will pay the full amount

I am a little confused as it says it is from 30th August
but my previous info - and the tribunal decision notice - all say from 3rd August
do you think I should contact them, as it is a typing error (30 instead of 03)?
or would that be too pushy and making a fuss

It should be from the same date as the Decision that you appealed. If that is not 30/08 then yes you should contact the DWP.
