hi all

just read this, it is abbrevated;

dept of communties

esa113

depart may ask gp to complete a factual esa113 report on their patient.

a gp is only asked to do this if: it could result in the patients entiillment to esa, it could result in ongoing entittlment being confirmed without face to face assessment.

i am so so angry about this. seething.

Hi Pug,

As you have found out, the GP form will often be issued to prevent a WCA, your GP is 'misinformed'!

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
