PIP was created by Carol Davison
I made a claim for PIp in February 2015 because I needed more help with my care and the claim resulted in me losing the enhanced mobility rate and I had to return my motability car in September 2015. I am now a virtual prisoner in my home as I am u able to travel with public transport or taxi for health reasons. I wanted to ask if it was possible to make a claim again after being turned down after appeal, I was turned down due to lack of evidence from health professionals, I have had my health problems for many years and tend to manage them on my own as I find attending health appointments very stressful.

If you have no award of PIP then you can make a new claim at any time.

If you received a Daily Living award but no Mobility award, then you can request a reassessment if you can show that your conditions have deteriorated otherwise you will have to wait until your current award ends.
