I saw on your latest newsletter on the top that someone was able to request a written appeal to the hcmr even though there mandatory reconsideration was rejected im asking how do you do that cuz your faqs mention nothing about because im in a similar situation please let me know

Appealing Is covered in the ESA MR & Appeal guide but you cannot request an appeal until the MR process has completed.

The thing is my mandatory reconsideration was rejected so how am i supposed to appeal then since i cant get a mandatory reconsideration

When you say that your MR request was 'rejected', do you mean that it was carried out but did not find in your favour? In which case, you have done what you need in order to appeal.
Or do you mean that DWP refused to accept your MR request for some reason? If this is the case, did they give a reason for this refusal?
