Lost forms was created by Yorkie lady
Hello , I am new to this site. Not very good at posting, don't understand very much about technical things. I have been on DLA for 10 years, I received a letter telling me I need to apply for pip. My son dealt with the initial call. Paperwork arrived. I went to citizens advice to who helped me fill them in. On the way home by buggy tyre went flat and the battery run out. It was so cold and dark I had put the lights on. I have GORD plus other medical issues. I was trying to contact my son when two wonderful people pushed me home. The problem is the bag with the completed forms in has been lost. I don't want to say the bag was stolen but it was on ground by my feet while the men were putting the buggy lever into push mode. My sent went back to place I broke down at, nothing found. Situation reported to the police and received reference number. My son phoned DWP next morning , explained everything , the man told my son new forms would be sent out and all dates reset and payments would continue . After a week passed and still no new forms, my daughter in law phoned again, a rather nasty man told her this is not the case, it is going to be up to the pip dept to decided if I get new forms or not and I must wait for a letter from them . We have the names of who we dealt with, times and dates. What can I do ?. Has this ever happened to anyone else. The reflux has damaged my vocal cords so communicating verbally is very hard. The man today was rude to my daughter in law and said I must make up my mind on who is my appointee . Thank you.

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

I would get one of your children to ring again, unfortunately there can be quite a variance in the answers claimants get when they contact the DWP. It is possible that a Decision Maker has to approve a new form being sent, but they should still be able to clarify whether this is the case or not and when they will decide.

Have you checked with the CAB to see whether they took a copy of the completed form?

They did photo copy the forms for me, the copy was in the bag. Would they keep a copy for their records?. They did not say they had kept a copy but I will phone them tomorrow and ask them.
How do I mark this a my favourite ? Where do I find my browser?. So sorry just don't understand these things. Thank you

The browser is the piece of software that you are viewing the B&W site in. There are different browsers that people can use; typical names are Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox.

All of them allow you to bookmark a page but how you do it is specific to each one and how you access your saved bookmarks/favourites is specific to the browser.
