They should extend your DLA by another year. The legislation covering invitations to claim PIP requires your DLA to remain in payment for a further 4 weeks after a Decision on your PIP is made.

Sorry, doing several other things at the moment and didn't look back on your previous posts ignore what I said.
I'm afraid there is no timescale for an MR to be completed in, most are at least 5 weeks, they do not have to give a new Decision before your DLA ends as it will end whatever the long term Decision on your PIP is.

Write to the office that you sent the MR request to asking them to cancel it. I would send it using a signed for post so that you have a record of it being received.
