Call them.
I am very impatient and start calling, (well getting someone to do it for me) after about 3 working days. First to request the report, not expecting a decision, then after 10 working days the result. :)

I know my case was not what usually happens but I went for my assessment on 20 October received text message saying have all info they need to make decision on 3 December then received letter from my local council saying my council tax support had changed as I am now getting PIP standard rate for daily living and mobility but no letter received from DWP so telephoned them numerous times and told 3 times they would send letter out urgently but letter not received until today stating that my DLA stops and PIP commences on 14 December so not much time for me to ask for MR if I decide to.

Hope you hear soon
