PIP FACE TO FACE REPORTS

I had my pip f2f (ATOS) on 28 November. I then rang DWP on the following day via telephone 29 Nov and requested a copy of the HP Atos report and was told that I was not allowed a copy of this until DWP had made their decision. I replyed that it does not state this any where in their or Atos mail that I had received. DWP still insisted that I will not get a copy until their decision maker makes his decision. I wanted a copy so as to be ready for a review or appeal, giving me more time to prepare for the worst. As the person (DWP)on the phone told me they will not give me a copy, I then told him that I am requesting a copy under the SUBJECT DATA REQUEST ACESS. Which is my legal right. Anyway to cut a long story short i received the decision makers decision on the 7 December 2 enhanced rates for ongoing period. I do belive that requesting a copy Subject Data gave me a quick deicision just over a week and a good and just decision.

Having perused the HP (ATOS) report, I am lost for words. The Dm wrote exaxtly what I had stated. There was no deviation from my statement and answers. If anything it was worded slightly better. The points that he awarded me was slightly higher than I myself would have given. All in all i am well impressed.
This DM also recommeded something to me for my pain releif, which I have since tried and it does help.
Really pleased with the end result. Maybe it was all down to the help I received from B & W
