ESA ASSESSMENT

Totally stressed! Since June have gone through a reassessment and a tribunal about my case, which I lost, now I've had to fill out another capable for work form and have to wait for another possible reassessment!! Fed up!!

I'm not surprised that you are fed up!!

Did you initiate this reassessment by reporting a change of circumstances, or is it a routine reassessment? Either way, try and look on it as another chance to be awarded Support Group ESA.

A routine assessment, I've battled through all this on my own, form filling, telephone calls to DWP and even went to the tribunal last time on my own. I should have contacted you guys to help me with it all and maybe the outcome of my reassessment last June would have been in my favour.

We do our best to help members understand the rules under which they will be assessed and how best to phrase their replies on the claim forms. However, we cannot do anything about the vagaries, and inherent unfairness, of the system!
