hi with me asking for a copy of the assessors report would I have damaged the out come at all

The people dealing with your request have nothing to do with decision making process so there is no reason for it to have any impact.

hi if I ring them and ask if they could give me any sort of info on what the assessor had recomened would they tell me or will I have to wait 5 or 6 days to see what her comments are

Enhanced rate mobility of PIP carries the entitlement to free vehicle duty.
Standard rate mobility entitles the claimant to half price vehicle duty - I believe this has to be done via DVLA at Swansea.
