ESA 3

Hi all

Anyone give advice on the ESA 3 Form, it is the booklet about 50 pages long where they want to know all fianances from savings to how much you have at home.has anyone had to fill one of these in many thanks......

The ESA3 will collect details of your financial affairs to see whether income-related ESA can be awarded. This could be as a stand-alone if you are not entitled to contributory ESA or as a top-up if you are entitled to contributory ESA but on a low income.

i am disabled and not working but my wife works 12 hours a week, could explain why i need to fill one of these forms in as it is means tested

Thanks for getting back to me, I do not mind telling them about finances but not to sure on sending bank book into them. can you not photo copy them and send them in. thank you
