Hi yep- I got a letter last Friday - awarded standard rate mobility ( I had originally got b but argued I should have got d - they actually gave me e but it's the same 10 as d), and confirmed enhanced daily care- they didn't really look at the care in my tribunal as they said I already had enough points, although the judge did say on the tribunal report that they felt the DWP had underscored me on most of the daily living questions - which I thought was interesting (still feel the DWP don't 'get' mental health) .

Great news abby! We have had a few successful appeal results recently and it really does give our members hope.

I know that with ESA the DWP stop counting once the claimant has reached the threshold for the award, I suspect the same might be happening with PIP.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
