PIP decision was created by marnie
I had a paper based assessment for PIP and I had a decision letter today. It took 8 weeks in total.
I am amazed to have been awarded enhanced rate for both daily living and mobility. I don't think it's sunk in yet! I have got it for 5 years. I'd like to say a huge thank you for your support on the forum and your help sheets. You're all brilliant.
Merry Xmas.

Hi,
May I also add my congratulations on your success, and in such a timely manner.
Although I have also been fortunate in the past, we tend to hear mostly about the difficulties people are encountering.
I have been awarded a moderately lengthy award, after a fierce fight, but human nature being what it is we tend to concentrate on the negative.
I am going to read everything in the new year, but am going to celebrate the positives far more than last year.
I hope we all have a relatively painless, and peaceful new year.
Regards
