Update for everyone
Got dreaded letter this morning and I have had my DLA reduced to standard rate and mobility reduced to standard rate, so my mobility car will be taken and I will be with out a car, cannot understand as everything was the same, I suffer with myoclonic jerks and copd and was finished from work due to this, and told at job centre that I could not work and did not need to sign on at all and receive esa except since last award I have developed rheumatoid arthritis in both knees and had one fully replaced that has not been a success still extremely painful in both knees and really struggle to get up from chair hanging onto coffee table to get up. But I suppose I must be thankful that I have been given something. scored 8 on DLA and 10 on Mobility because the office was at end of passage and I managed to walk the distance over 25yds. I have no luck. : :

It is of course your decision but if you are unhappy with the award then you can request a Mandatory Reconsideration, but you should consider how you might score the extra points for a higher award before doing so and there is a risk, albeit small, to the award you have if you request an MR.
