After 4 weeks from the assessmenT I got the envelope today, with an outcome of the support group. Right now its till sinking in, its a mixture of all kinds of relief and thoughts, cant even get it written here clearly!

One thing I do want to do is to thank all of you on here for your help through every stage of this, having somewhere to ask ask all kinds of questions big and small, and get out any feelings has been amazingly valuable, as well as having the guides to give an idea of how things would be and in what tone and context to put things into. Going into all the parts of how things go in your mind and then putting in down/exernalising is uncomfortable anyway, even when explaining to Drs etc, so having to go through it in a way thats a "game" added even more to it, which is why your support and answers have been great, everything I posted was replied, even when I was overthinking and my mind was blown.

As its only been a few hours, like I said its not all come to clarity yet, read the letter twice now, and being away from environments that arent good for this now means i can build on a perspective and clarity (sometimes) have never had until being out of them. It something iv only had the past couple of years (undiagnosed before then) and have learned and grown so much, which is why throwing that away would be crazy. There are still issues obviously, its making it work for me.
