I have epilepsy, Fibromyalgia and other physical problems. I have a blue badge and get pip. I have been on ESA and previously incap for almost 10 years and I'm being reassessed, even though I sent lot of information backing everything from 5 different consultants.
My husband has always done the bulk of everything and helps me a lot and this is all written in my forms. He had an operation 10 weeks ago, he was meant to be up and about it week but he's still on crutches.
We have been really struggling to cope at home, but I know they wont see it like that.
My question is will it go against me if he comes in with me whilst he's on crutches?
