i've been in the esa support group for 3 years will esa just stop or will i be sent reminder to reapply.

ESA is an indefinite award with regular reassessment so you will continue to receive your current award until a new Decision on your claim is made. You can find out when you are likely to be reassessed by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim.
