atos report not true and certain ctriteria ignored was created by kelly
hello, I have just got my report back from atos, I have multilevel disc degeneration and
degerative facet joint disease, forominal narrowing, lumber spondylolisthesis, lumber nerve
compression, I have severe blood pooling and often lose balance, hypermobility ( unstable joints
and ligamnets) I am unable to stand in one place very long due to weak lumber and going
lightheaded, I have passed out 3 years ago, I am having ongoing investigations for considerable
pressure that builds in my head at night and throbbing all over my body since 2013, I have
days when I am unable to walk anywhere, other days I can manage but I am always in pain
, because I said I don't take tramodal often as it makes me feel unwell, I got told thati am ok,and I got 150 metres mixed up with feet and I said I could walk 150 metres, I wasn't nervous at interview because I
told the truth, it also said that I CAN stand and I CAN plan a journey, but I have NEVER been able to drive anywhere, or travel anywhere alone that Is unfamiliar, I have to have someone with me, ihave ha dto fork out double fare on trains to get to city hospitals a s i
cannot do the journey alone, I have doctors letter stating this every year, I arrived at the asseccment by taxi and struggled to getout of it, the taxi pulled up right outside,i had afew
steps to walk into the office . the report states that I DROVE there and was watched walking up' the drive' with the stick , I use a crutch- 'and I walked with 'no problem',-- I panic left alone and I truthfully cannot plan a journey or go anywhere unfamiliar
on my own. I don't know what to do,as I am not going to challenge it for fear of losing the
standard care rate , I was awarded nothing for mobility, it also states that i can stand and when in kitchen I stand , sit stand sit, I am totally gobsmacked at the lies in that report and
I want to write a letter pointing this out and send off yet again the proof of my doctors letters
confirming that i cannot travel anywhere unfamiliar alone I said to the woman that I am ok local but it has to be local, i just panic, I am by nature an anxious person but because I wasn't fifgity or putting on a an act I am 'perfectly coherent!
and my lumber on frequent bad days I am unable to walk even a few steps, it i s my own fault I suppose as I didn't play on the worst days, and because I talk to my children and an
because I was coherent at interview it appears that I don't meet much criteria at all, why
wouldl i be nervous if I am telling the truth.
do you thinkit safe for me to write as iam not chancing a challenge, but I want to tell them the points they have wrong. thankyou.

Anything you write to DWP will be taken as a request for a Mandatory Reconsideration and your whole claim will be reconsidered.
Have a look at the PIP guide and see whether you want to go down that route, you have one month from the date on the decision letter in which to get a MR requested so you have a bit of time to make up your mind.
