You may remember I was awarded standard rate on both awards. Which is acceptable to me, however, I requested a copy of the assessors report on the 3rd jan, 12th, 20 and 27th. Still nothing, I suppose my question is, should I keep on at them? or should I leave it? I dont want the report for a MR, I am just very curious as to what was said, as the summary of the report was at best 'littered with untruths'.
Is it of benefit for me to have a copy?
Many thanks
.PS............hope everyone is well and healthy as is possible

The Decision Letter will have included the DM's Statement of Reasons about how they awarded the points, so this will give you a basic understanding of you award, what the assessment report might reveal is how they came to those conclusions, did they agree with arguments in your PIP2 or was it what the assessor proposed, sometimes these are not the same thing.
So really it's up to whether to chase the report or not.
As an alternative you can issue a Subject Access Request for the report.
