Despite following the advice Mrs Hurtyback gave regarding access to all the resources, I have still not been able to open the PIP DWP resources.
I need to have these to prepare for assessment, which I am expecting will be soon, as it is 2 weeks since I returned PIP 2 form.
Help please!

PIP face to face looming.
I have read and re-read the guide to prepare, but a bit stuck.
Is it right that if I am unable to walk 20m for a few hours each day, when I first wake, and can only walk that far outside if I have someone with me that I hold onto to prevent falling (uneven pavements, slopes, kerbs etc are trip hazards for me) then it will mean I should be considered unable to walk the 20m, thus meeting the requirement for that descriptor?
Also, due to fear of allergic reactions, in addition to my mobility problems, I am not able to use public transport. Where does this score points? If it does at all.

There are some anomalies in what you have written in your post, it may just be that it was aimed at the forum, but if you repeated them on your PIP2 then they would likely undermine your claim for Mobility.
First you don't actually mention why your walking is limited to 20m.
You say you are "unable to walk 20m for a few hours each day", this implies that you have no problems for the rest of the day.
You will need to explain the style of your walking if you are to convince those assessing you that you are at risk from trip hazards, this would be best explained in terms of walking to a necessary standard, if you can give examples of when you have fallen this will help.
It would help if you can provide examples of your walking distances, using 20m is always a bit of a problem, is it 20m or could it be 19m or 21m? It would be worth talking about repeatability, can you, having walked 20m, walk a further 20m within a reasonable timescale.
The use of Public Transport would come under the Going Out activity, but you won't score points for a physical problem like your allergies.

Sorry, Gordon. This is confusing me.
I stumble all the time, but first thing in the morning for a few hours it is much worse.
I have explained on the form that I am not able to walk any distance without pain, and that I stumble. Have provided evidence of broken bones from falls. But, I am, on some days, able to manage indoors on level floors, to walk a bit further. It is slow, and it is painful, but I do want to be truthful at assessment. Of course, I want to avoid my words being misconstrued.
The query about public transport is because it is not the allergies that prevent me going out, but the FEAR of anaphalaxis , rather than the allergies themselves, in addition to the mobility problem.
Where does this fit in the descriptors? Can it give me points for mobility if I don't get the required 12 for under 20m?
