Hello,
I am a newbie and tried to search for information on this but no success (may not be using right search terms). I have just had a letter after sending in my PIP questionaire (using your guides) stating that ATOS are requesting futher evidence. Is this a standard form and I would I be able to ask my GP to see it BEFORE he sends it off to ATOS? Do not want my helpful GP to send any sensitive medical information to ATOS unrelated to my disability.

Your GP will most likely be sent a GP Factual Report. We don't have an example but the questions asked are explained in the PIP Claim guide page 67 onwards.

Thank you for your quick reply. Can I ask my GP to see it before it is sent to ATOS?
