Hi, I registered and paid the membership fee a few hours ago but I'm unable to view the guides and it's asking for £19.95 again?

Hi and Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

You can try logging out of the site and then back in. When you do so, do not tick the 'keep me signed in' box as we know this can cause problems.
If this still doesn't do the trick, you will need to contact the tech department as mods do not have access to sort out technical problems.

Join the club mate I joined yesterday and having same trouble !At least you can post I can only reply to posts ! Desperate to get into pip guide but can't ? Tried all kinds of things but to no avail ,funny thing is can see it on phone but it's so small I'm going mad ! Can't get it on tablet even though logged in ! Hope you get sorted and me!!! I'm afraid the Mods have no access to subscription information. If you can post in the forum then your subscription is active, however the forum and the guides have different security mechanisms so access to one doesn't always mean access to the other, although this should not be the case.
