Happy new year all new poster I'm. Hoping for advice on filling pip form in especially planning a journey I can't use public transport because of overwhelming anxiety do I put this on form I also need physical assistance to do I put that in q11 or leave it to q12 moving around ? Very confused all tips appreciated thanks

Are you now able to access the PIP Claim guide as this is the best source of information in regard competing the form?
Although the use of Public Transport is referenced in the DWP issued Assessment Guidance, the actual legally defined criteria make no such reference and we have seen Decision Makers exclude problems with this when making a Decision, so it is not something to be relied upon.
The Going Out activity only considers problems that are a direct result of cognitive, mental health or sensory issues, physical issues are dealt with in the Moving Around activity.

Thanks Gordon ,yes have access to guides now but finding process very confusing I'm sure I'm not alone but feel a bit better with this site on my side
