Hi I am struggling to complete PIP forms I am I better to put a heading for each area and then bullet point the way it affects daily living Anything you can recommend I can't find my last reply from Gordon My son is 25 and has been receiving DLA he has a diagnosis of ADD I know it is not about the diagnosis but how it affects his daily living there is just so much to put down We just get on with things in stressful situations he contacts me which then adds to my anxieties Thanks for your support

Start with a single sentence for each activity (you might want to do this on paper first), then expand it to a paragraph and then to multiple paragraphs if necessary. If you have multiple cause for example a physical one and a mental health one, then do the process for each of them.
There is a recommended "formula" in the guide for explaining problems so try and stick to this.
