Would an HP allow me to play video evidence or show them photos of me being ill? If I end up having to appeal would I be able to submit that evidence then?

Thanks

I wouldn't expect video evidence to be looked at by the HP but photos can be included.

As to an appeal, it's down to the Judge what evidence they will accept, the problem with video evidence is that they may have no way of viewing it at the hearing, so there would likely need to be compelling reasons why they would allow it, I think they will be more interested in actually speaking to you about your problems. Photographs would be different, but remember for both of these, it is your ability to complete the PIP activities that is being looked at, so whatever you provide must be related to your problems in doing this.

Literally within a couple of hours of my PIP assessment, an ESA50 appeared through my letterbox.

I cannot begin to express the detrimental effect this had on my state of mind and the inner turmoil.

This feels beyond coincidence.

I'm trying to get a copy of my PIP report.

I phoned 2 days after (generic number back of appointment form) and requested a copy - chap said he could see it on the system but couldn't open it.

Today I was told the report hasn't yet arrived, and that it can take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

I'm confused as the HP said she would complete her report the day of assessment and I'm seeing people get hold of a copy within days so I expected it quickly.

How long does it usually take please?

Another one... Sorry for so many questions..

I feel my assessment may have been sabotaged by the distress of receiving the ESA. I know that I omitted some information, I would otherwise have mentioned had my mind not been bleached.

If I disagree with her assessment, can I introduce further evidence at the appeal stage?

Chase the Assessment Provider about the missing report, it should have been submitted by now.
