Hi Gordon
We attended the tribunal last week and the appeal was allowed.
Husband was awarded enhanced rate of Daily Living Component (up from standard) and standard rate of Mobility (up from no award).
He was awarded 10 points for moving around (up from 4 points)
They made no change to the Planning and following a journey (awarded 0 points).
They made no change to the length of award, and so will be looking on here for advice on completing the review form.
Thanks again for all your helpful advice

Very please for you, well done.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to implement a Tribunal Decision. I would give them a call just to confirm that they have received the Decision Notice.

Thank you Gordon
I will take your advice.
Is it worth asking for a statement of reasons and a record of proceedings, to be better informed for completing the review form in 2021?

Absolutely not! Requesting a SoR is the first stage to an appeal to the UTT! The DWP will receive a copy, allowing then to potentially challenge the Decision where they would otherwise not have done so.
