I'm new to this been in the support group for 4 years. Just had a form to fill out from dwp. Is this normal? I have disabilitys mental health problems. can any one Advise me please

Although ESA awards have no end date, all claims are reassessed on a regular basis, the form that you have received is part of this process.

You should have a look at our ESA Claim guides to help you complete the form. See
