Hello to everyone. I think I've only posted once a while ago and you must excuse me if what I'm asking is already on here or common knowledge. I confess that while I do think this site is incredible I probably just don't make enough use of it and I find it a bit confusing. Right now I've undergone my PIP REVIEW and of course as I expected they have stripped me of £300 a month. I haven't been left without anything and I acknowledge that many many of you are in much more difficult circumstances. Without getting too involved at this point and while I have many hurdles to battle through (I do have help through Mcmillian) what I'm really stressing over is that they have extended my award to 2019. The original was 2017. I'm now on lowest payment and that is a huge shock. I'm also freaking out because I will then be reviewed in 2018. My point is I can't face this on going examination......intrusion......deliberate attempt to wipe me off the benefit completely, especially as I approach retirement age. I'm only going to get a very basic pension and I may not even live long enough to get that but can you request.....push.......force.....scream....demand .......that they accept your disability, your age and health problems and that things ain't going to suddenly get better and you want the award what ever it ends up being (if anything at all) to be on going without the agonising stress and anxiety of further reviews. I swear that the money so far has made the most significant difference to my life and while I'm single it is probably much easier to cope so I have always considered that the combined payments have been ok. It isn't a fortune when you break it down, but it's been enough to help me and give me dignity. I don't want to live whatever life I have left without dignity. My feeling is if they can't support me and all of us properly then at least offer euthanasia.
I know that will upset some but what they are doing is torturing people and people are dying because of their totally incompetent unworkable complicated systems. People are dying cruel deaths and the those unseen people in the DWP have no true understanding.
My apologies but as you can probably tell there is a lot going on in my mind.
Sincerest Regards
Eric
Oh my health professional didn't even know what my condition was. The letter I received is full if inaccurate things but I'm so stressed I can't at the moment bring it all together.

I am sorry to hear that you find yourself in this situation, your options I am afraid are limited, if you are not prepared to challenge the Decision then it stands as it is.

You say you have been assisted by MacMillan Nurses, what is their view of the award? They are best placed to help you as they will have a detailed knowledge of your claim.
