Hello I was placed in the support group without a medical 3 years ago. I have since moved . I'm feeling reallybaxious as I know I will have to reapply at some point this year . I have a CPN and suffer from various mental health issues . The thought of it is causing me lot of anxiety. I would like to be a little prepared .is their any supporting evidence i.e. Letters I could ask for from my cpn or doctor ? And if so could someone please tel me what it should include ?can a letter I have from my old doctor be used ?my pip is also up for reassessment in the next few months

It will depend on your limitations but you want letters and reports that support these rather than just statements about your conditions. A good place to start is to find out whether those supporting you can provide you with letters of support in the first place and if they will, then discuss with them what format they might be in.
