PiP descriptors was created by logan tom
Hello everybody. First time.
I have a cop of the pip2 2016 form for reference, but most of the questions only have 3-4 answers, l have downloaded the b&w self assessment form, which has on average 6 answers
To the questions. Is there a newer version, ( 2016).
Thanks. Ghandi

Welcome to the forum.
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
The PIP Claim guides
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/pip
makes reference to the Descriptors, the legal definitions that you are being assessed against and the précised questions that appear on the PIP2. The form only has the précised questions.
There are 5 or 6 Descriptors for each PIP activity which the PIP2 covers in 2 or three questions.
