How long to hear from DWP

How long to hear from DWP was created by sndtok
I submitted PIP (from DLA) form before Xmas. I have proof of posting certificate dated 16 December - form had to be submitted before 21 December. To date I have heard nothing, but on checking my bank today no DLA has been paid in. Any advice from forum members pleae.

You need to contact the DWP to find out what is going on.
