Hi Lorraine,
I'm afraid DWP do not facilitate email contact from claimants.
You can write to DWP about this if you wish but this is one situation where a phone call will probably bring about a faster resolution.

Every year I have to claim my Xmas bonus or I wouldn't get it. Esa people told me they supersede dla so I need to contact them. A phone call gets it sorted quicker.
