:) Completed AR1 form and despatched early December.
Half of questions got No Change response all others I answered as Worse with brief descriptions. three hospital Consultants letters sent as evidence, fully expecting another face to face interview.
Received letter today informing me I was to continue on enhanced rate for both Daily Living and Mobility without face to face for three years.
Needless to say I am delighted and hopeful that this indicates more reasonable approach to those beyond working age with serious disability and health problems.
Thanks for all help from your guides and good luck to all in future.

I received my response from the DWP after submitting a PIP Review AR1 form. My higher rate Daily Living and Mobility are to continue at the same rates.

I replied 'no change' to each question on the form and supplied the following details: Copies of the most recent reports from my Medical Specialist, and the relevant clinics I attend. Some of which were 6 months old. A copy of my current prescriptions, along with an explanation of the side effects (which is requested on the form.)

I wrote a covering letter explaining that my conditions remained the same, with a short summary of what the conditions are and their continued impact on my day to day life. Overall, I did not find the process as overwhelming as I had imagined it to be but I would say that even if you have experienced 'no change" in your conditions, still provide succinct information and do not simply send the form back without some form of supporting evidence. No need to send intense amounts of details like when making the original claim for PIP though! Every effort was made to keep it clear and concise.
