I know you would advise me to focus on the here and now and because my last appeal related to my first PIP assessment, that was easy to do.
But the asessment report is ridiculous and I must point this point indirectly in a factual and non-personal way.
Are you in a position to cite (or provide a link to) one Upper Tribunal judgement to which you referred previously?
