Based on what you have written I do not think so but that does not stop you from arguing that it meets the requirement.

You would write like so:

I cannot Reliably, safely, repeatedly and in a timely manner manage my therapy because I am not aware when to have my therapy, I do not know I need to have my therapy, my wife manage my therapy and medications most days 7 days a week. I suffer from severe Mental illness and I'm on 27/7 watch. You would explain your daily activities and at night time the difficulties you have, and that you need help, support or prompting from another person at all times.

If your wife is monitoring your condition getting you out of dark place yes she is managing your therapy and you say so. Each questions you answer you should write (I cannot reliably, safely, repeatedly etc) because of my severe mental illness explain your difficulties.

If it's your first time applying for pip, you can cancel the appointment date Atos or capita give you if the date is not convenient for you. You won't be able to cancel the second appointment unless you have good reasons. You can also request a home consultation and get a letter from your GP saying because of your severe mental health you cannot leave the house to attend an appointment at a centre. You can also request for your wife to speak on your behalf , write a letter to say you wish your wife to speak on your behalf . You can record your face to face again write a letter and let them know you wish to record your face2face appointment . Those are all in the pip assessment guide.

Hope this helps and please record your pip assessment you'll need it.

“Therapy” means therapy to be undertaken at home which is prescribed or recommended by
a—
(a) registered –
(i) doctor;
(ii) nurse; or
(iii) pharmacist; or
(b) health professional regulated by the Health Professions Council.

There is no indication that any such prescription or recommendation has been given to the OP.
