Hi, In the pip guide you published in September you mention that you can send in medical evidence to the DWP office dealing with your claim. I quote; "If you wish, you can also send copies to the DWP office dealing with your claim, so that you can be reasonably sure that they are put in front of the decision maker as well." How do you find this out and where to send it to? I only have the address that came in the claim pack. I agree with you that it would be better if the decision maker have a copy too. Could you please tell me how I could action this. Many thanks.

Hi r2c,

Send it to the address that came with the claim pack, clearly marked FAO Decision Maker, and attach a covering letter explaining that this is a copy of the documents the Assessment Provider should have received.

Don't forget to make sure that every page is marked at the top with your name and NI number.

imo this might be a waste of time and money pip form and any evidence sent with it gets scans at new handling center into file.......this then passed to likes of atos any calls to atos or dwp these days are added to file as electronic note any paper work not sent to handling center is just forwarded unviewed to handling center

after sending form to dwp and it had been given to atos is when I called for hom medical person with my file saw note and acted on it
