Have you spoken again to the DWP? I'm concerned if you leave it that it will simply end up delaying your appeal hearing.

Phoned again this morning. Waiting for call back. This is so stressful as i dont like making phone calls. Even worse trying to explain to someone what has happened when it is not what they usually deal with. I'll let you know what happens.

Update-just received call back and DWP say they never received anything from TS. Mm how did they get my appeal form then. She rang them and rang me back to say they are sending request so it will be started today. She cant explain why nothing was done last week when i phoned and apologised. So thank you Gordon for prompting me to phone again. I'll phone TS on monday to make sure things are moving. Phew!!

Well, thats appeal over and done with. I cant do any more so i need to try and put it out of my mind. They will let me know in a few days. Just to let people know to check carefully the bundle of papers that DWP send to you. My letter requesting mandatory reconsideration was not in with everything else and I sent a copy of it to the tribunal along with my submission explaining DWP had missed it out. I had got extra 2 points after MR so they definitely got it!
