Even if yo apply to appeal you might get a fft judge and panel who disagree with the upper tier tribunal opinions and only give 4 points for mobility. I understood- and I might be wrong - but to get enhanced mobility just on question 1 is meant for people who can't leave the house either alone or with others.

A three Judge Decision should be binding on a Tribunal.

You won't get the Enhanced rate for being unable to leave the house, this would meet Descriptor (e) and only score 10 points.
